By Signing this form, I affirm that I have read and understand all of the standards expected of my child as they step into Student Leadership Team. This includes an understanding of the expectations of them in their personal life, the time committment placed on them as a part of the team, and thier expected role as it regards to time at the church. I as their parent commit to pray for them and encourage them as they pursue leadership in this way, and hold them accountable to the standards set by their committment to student leadership.
